We are recruiting on behalf of a respected General Contractor based in Atlanta, Georgia, specializing in education, healthcare, K-12, multifamily, and hospitality projects . They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site operations and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact construction projects.

Responsibilities: Manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to achieve project objectives. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality control measures, addressing challenges to keep projects on track. Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Superintendent in education, healthcare, K-12, multifamily, or hospitality construction projects . Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to managing field operations. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent). OSHA 30 certification (preferred) and strong knowledge of safety protocols. Excellent communication and organizational skills to lead teams and ensure project success.
