Job Description Lead on-site construction activities from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain efficient workflow and meet project milestones. Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to address issues and drive progress. Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations. Monitor budgets, materials, and resources to avoid delays or overruns. Maintain detailed daily reports, schedules, and project documentation. Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges to keep projects on track. Uphold company standards, fostering a professional and collaborative work environment.

A proven construction leader with 5+ years of superintendent experience , ideally in ground-up healthcare or medical office projects . They have a sharp eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to keep complex builds running smoothly, on time, and on budget. Skilled at coordinating diverse teams and communicating with all project stakeholders, they balance technical expertise with strong leadership. They're safety-focused, adaptable under pressure, and committed to delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations.
