We are seeking a Construction Superintendent with a passion for high-quality residential development to oversee the on-site execution of our multifamily projects. Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to Bozzuto's quality standards.
  • Direct and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and vendors across all phases of construction.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, local codes, and company policies.
  • Work closely with the project manager and field team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor progress, anticipate potential challenges, and proactively implement solutions.
  • Conduct daily site walks, quality inspections, and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Foster a clean, organized, and professional job site.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of on-site supervision experience, specifically in multifamily residential construction (garden-style, mid-rise, or high-rise).
  • Strong understanding of structural systems, MEP coordination, building envelope, and interior finishes.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience managing multiple subcontractors/trades simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret construction documents and collaborate with design teams.
  • OSHA 30 certification required; first aid/CPR and additional safety training preferred.
