Key Responsibilities

1. Site Management and Supervision
•Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring work aligns with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
•Supervise and direct subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel to maintain productivity and quality.
•Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, equipment, and tools to prevent delays.

2. Scheduling and Coordination
•Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules in collaboration with the project manager, using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
•Sequence work to optimize efficiency and resolve scheduling conflicts.
•Conduct daily huddles and weekly subcontractor meetings to align on project goals and progress.

3. Quality Control
