Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage residential building projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day construction site operations and ensure efficient workflow. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to meet project deadlines. Monitor project schedules and progress, making adjustments as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain work quality and resolve any issues. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to achieve project goals. Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules. Address and resolve conflicts or delays to keep construction on track. Enforce safety procedures and conduct safety meetings. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Construction Management preferred). Proven experience in residential construction and site management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with construction scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Smartsheets, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project). Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects. More About Us
