Seeking experienced Construction Superintendents to field coordinate construction projects. Applicants for Superintendents should possess all the following attributes below.

Applicant should possess the following qualities to be considered for employment.

Willingness to take daily responsibility for the running of daily field operations on a construction site. Ability to open jobsites and ensure that they are successfully locked up at the end of each day.

Specific experience in multi-family projects with experience with adaptive reuse projects preferred.

Candidate should be able to implement the required level of finish and completion with project team and subcontractors.

Ability to supervise and lead employees and subcontractors and be responsible for holding them accountable to schedule commitments

Candidate should have good oral and written communication skills.

Ability to coordinate job related issues with project management team to find the best solution.

Candidate should be a self-starter with a team approach, with the ability to delegate tasks and follow-up on task completion. Candidate should be able to accurately describe the conditions of the jobsite to off-site team and participate in group efforts to coordinate work onsite.

Candidate should be able to accurately describe existing job site conditions and identify critical areas of improvement to maintain contract commitments and schedule. Candidate should be able to participate in virtual walks of the jobsite accurately describing the jobsite.

Ability to read Blueprints and shop-drawings and identify lacking information. Willingness to spend the time digging into plan details and implementing them in the field

Ability to layout

Know and Implement safety protocols stop immediately any practice deemed unsafe and educate personnel on how to safely accomplish tasks

Able to work well with governing authorities responsible for carrying out building inspections.

Must be able to lift 50lbs and comfortable enough to provide onsite presence on building inspections. Must be able to climb stairs, ladder scaffold

Must have a valid Driver License
