Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Superintendent for a museum restoration project in Madison, WI!

Pay rate is $45$50/hour. Schedule is MondayFriday, 40 hours/week, First Shift. This is a 6-month contract | Approx. 125 workdays (July 2025 January 2026).

This project involves the restoration and skylight replacement of a historic museum, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable company known for over 40 years of excellence in brick and stone restoration. You'll be responsible for daily oversight of subcontractors and site operations, ensuring the project stays on schedule and meets historical preservation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day on-site activities and manage subcontractor crews
  • Oversee the execution of a construction bulletin, coordinating with vendors and suppliers
  • Maintain schedule and budget compliance throughout the project
  • Ensure job site safety and enforce OSHA standards
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
  • Provide updates and collaborate with architects, engineers, and the General Project Contractor (GPC)
  • Maintain project documentation and coordinate with the Project Manager

  • Substantial completion targeted for January 2026

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of construction project management principles
  • Proven ability to coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trades
  • Proficiency in project scheduling and construction management software
  • Familiarity with quality control and historical restoration standards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to interpret construction documents and specifications
  • OSHA 30 certification required by project start
