Title: Construction Superintendent
Location: Greater Phoenix, AZ area
Compensation: DOE $90,000-$135,000
Requirements: 5+ years experience working as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial, multi-family, hospitality, healthcare or industrial construction projects.

ENR400 Contractor in the greater Phoenix metro is looking to bring on a number of superintendents for ground-up commercial construction projects. We're building more than structures, we're building careers!

Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team overseeing schedules, project progress, and resource allocation
  • Develop cost estimates for labor, materials, supplies, and other project-related expenses
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to define budgets and timelines
  • Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment with vendors and suppliers
  • Create and manage schedules for workers and subcontractors
  • Hire and assign subcontractors as needed
  • Maintain a daily log of job site operations and report to management
  • Adapt operations to meet construction deadlines efficiently
  • Apply cost-effective and efficient management techniques
