What You'll Be Doing: As a Construction Superintendent, you will be the key leader responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned communities. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering quality homes on schedule. Your responsibilities include: Walking every room of every home under construction daily Conducting pre-construction and pre-drywall meetings with buyers Providing weekly updates to homeowners , enhancing customer satisfaction Building strong relationships with contractors and local inspectors Escalating field issues to Area Manager, Purchasing, or Land Development as needed Coaching and developing your Assistant Superintendent Ensuring job sites are clean, organized, and ready for subcontractors Maintaining consistent communication with the sales team to present a united front to customer What's in it for you?
