Construction Superintendent

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Construction Superintendent that specializes in multi-family construction to oversee the ground-up construction of apartment buildings in Raleigh, NC!

This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity!

Duties:

• Managing the day-to-day field activities to ensure deadlines
• Maintaining a daily log of job site activities, timesheets, e-mails on iPad etc.
• Managing and coordinating the work to ensure that it is constructed in an orderly and deliberate manner
• Establishing and maintaining all dimensional controls for the project
• Managing changes in project scope
• Managing the punch list to assure timely completion
• Scheduling subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion
• Performing job progress and completion punch list identification and completion
• Managing and overseeing company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs

Compensation:

• Annual salary between $110,000 - $140,000
• Gas card

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 8 years of multi-family construction
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures, as well as advanced understanding of construction scheduling, and cost control
• Proficient in MS Office programs, and Procore
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
