Responsibilities

Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to meet specifications, schedule, and safety requirements.
Oversee the performance of craft workers and subcontractors.
Manage and process RFI's, Purchase Orders, and Change Orders efficiently.
Collaborate with various disciplines on the job site to ensure project success.
Participate actively in preconstruction activities to prepare for project execution.

Essential Skills

Proven experience in commercial construction and working as a general contractor.
Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Superintendent with a General Contracting firm.
Extensive experience in new construction, renovations, and fit-outs.
Demonstrated experience in healthcare, higher education, or data center projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Commercial project experience, excluding multifamily, retail, or restaurant projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
