Construction Superintendent

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Superintendent in the Quad City area to oversee the construction of new commercial buildings throughout the region!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff, while maintaining communication with project managers and clients.

Duties:

• Supervise all field activities and manage daily operations on active construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate schedules, inspections, deliveries, and logistics to maintain project timelines.
• Oversee subcontractors, tradespeople, and vendors to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Communicate project updates, delays, and changes to the project management team.

Compensation:

Annual salary between $75,000 - $110,000, bonuses, PTO, health benefits, and company vehicle or allowance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction (retail, office, healthcare, education, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations.
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Familiarity with Procore, PlanGrid, or similar project management software.
• OSHA 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
