We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee and coordinate all activities on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations on-site, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports

• Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent.
  • 
    
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • 
    
  • Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
  • 
    
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • 
    
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • 
    
  • Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
