Our client a leading commercial general contractor are looking to add to their team a Lead Superintendent. The Lead Superintendent is to be based in Austin, TX and will be accountable for the progress and successful completion of a large ground up healthcare project.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute pre-job plan Conduct weekly staff meetings and production meetings Determine construction techniques to be used Oversee quality control of all construction Maintain project schedule creating a 2-3 week look ahead Appropriately allocate manpower and resources Manage all vendors and subcontractors on a daily and weekly basis. Identifying and resolving problems as they arise Maintain a clean and orderly job site
Experience:
5 years’ minimum commercial experience - healthcare preferable Excellent communication and presentation skills Stable career history Degree in Construction Management or other related field preferred
Compensation:
$130,000 - $175,000 base salary + full package
