Description Construction ** Key * Project * Lead and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets. Team * Supervise and mentor on-site construction staff, subcontractors, and laborers, fostering a collaborative work environment. Quality * Monitor work progress and quality, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards. Safety * Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings and training to promote a culture of safety on the job site. * Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
