Senior Superintendent in Dayton: Miami Valley Behavioral Health ground-up 245M, 13-15% bonus + truck Superintendent 2 in Columbus: OhioHealth project Superintendent 2 in Columbus: OSU sports project Superintendent 2 in Columbus OWU project Key Responsibilities/Qualifications: Lead On-Site Construction Operations: Manage all daily site activities to ensure the project is delivered on schedule and within budget. Team Leadership: Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and labor force to maintain productivity and quality. Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, identify critical path activities, and mitigate delays. Safety Oversight: Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations. Promote a culture of jobsite safety. Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners to ensure design and build alignment. Quality Control: Oversee inspections and ensure all work is up to spec and meets regulatory standards. Reporting: Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation; regularly update senior leadership on project progress. Problem Solving: Resolve field conflicts swiftly to avoid project delays.
