Position: Construction Superintendent Location: On-Site in Long Island (Nassau County, N.Y.) Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of Superintendent experience on large multi contract projects Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience with projects over 50M Supervise, coordinate, schedule, and manage all phases of the project Background in overseeing projects with historical restoration and complex MEP infrastructure (geothermal well/heat, solar power, commercial swimming pools.) Possess keen Project Management skills to mentor and develop staff Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other technical degree strongly desired Perform site walkthroughs and contractor coordination Exhibit exceptional problem solving and communication skills Possess strength in project management software including Submittal Exchange, Procore, Bluebeam, etc. 5+ years of Construction Management (buildings/pool/parks) strongly desired.
