Field Supervisor Various Locations Nationwide (Travel Required) 12 Months

As a Field Supervisor, you'll be the on-site leader ensuring safety, quality, and compliance while working with cutting-edge electrical systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, electrical, and construction standards
• Supervise third-party vendors and contractors daily
• Monitor and promote on-site safety protocols
• Create detailed daily logs and progress documentation
• Manage electrical component installations including cable work, conduit installation, and underground locates
• Implement Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Travel to project sites nationwide with 4-6 month assignments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Construction experience, particularly electrical installations
• Knowledge of Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Military experience (Navy electricians/engineers) preferred
• Willingness to travel and work Monday-Friday, 7 AM-4 PM schedule
