As a Field Supervisor, you'll be the on-site leader ensuring safety, quality, and compliance while working with cutting-edge electrical systems. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with OSHA, electrical, and construction standards
Supervise third-party vendors and contractors daily
Monitor and promote on-site safety protocols
Create detailed daily logs and progress documentation
Manage electrical component installations including cable work, conduit installation, and underground locates
Implement Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures
Travel to project sites nationwide with 4-6 month assignments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Construction experience, particularly electrical installations
Knowledge of Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Military experience (Navy electricians/engineers)
Willingness to travel and work Monday-Friday, 7 AM-4 PM schedule
