Overview of the Role: Join our client's dynamic construction team as a Construction Supervisor, where you'll serve as the critical field liaison ensuring project success through safety excellence, quality oversight, and environmental compliance. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact energy infrastructure projects while developing strong relationships with construction crews and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive field oversight for safety, quality, and environmental compliance Track daily production and progress (80% field time, 20% administrative) Develop and maintain positive relationships with construction crews and contractors Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to specifications and schedules Conduct preconstruction planning including safety plan reviews and permit compliance Prepare accurate reports for management and maintain detailed project documentation Coordinate with environmental, safety, and technical teams as needed Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven construction supervision experience in energy/infrastructure projects Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience with safety protocols and environmental compliance (SWPPP) Proficiency in project tracking and reporting systems Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently in field environments Perks of Working with AP Recruiters & Associates: Competitive hourly rate up to $42.16/hour (depending on experience) Per diem allowances available Professional development and career growth opportunities Comprehensive support throughout your contract assignment Access to exclusive opportunities with leading energy companies
