Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Supervisor - Insurance Restoration, located in Torrance, CA. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring all work aligns with safety regulations and project specifications. Tasks include supervising crews, conducting site inspections, maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring timely project completion with quality standards. Must have experience in all trades to manages crews effectively. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience Construction Trade experience required. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Inspection and Construction Safety practices Familiarity with restoration processes and techniques Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience with insurance restoration projects is a plus Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
