Salary:  $45,000 – $55,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements:

1 year of experience as a construction supervisor or foreman

3 years of hands-on carpentry experience

Proven background in multi-family building construction (5+ years preferred)

Ability to read and understand architectural plans and specifications

Experience operating construction equipment and leading teams

A valid driver's license

Willingness to travel to various project sites across LA and MS

Bonus: OSHA certification and a current CDL license

Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on multi-family residential projects

Lead and support crews to ensure efficient, high-quality, and timely completion of work

Interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings to guide team operations

Operate construction equipment as needed and ensure job site safety and compliance

Conduct regular site inspections and report project status to upper management

Maintain open communication with subcontractors, vendors, and clients

Ensure adherence to construction schedules, budget, and site cleanliness
