We're on the hunt for a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV . The pay range is $35-$39/hr depending on experience and includes benefits.
Your Mission:
Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, project specs, and schedules.
Lead and coordinate multiple crews, subcontractors, and field personnel across different phases of petroleum construction.
Enforce and monitor site-specific safety programs, including OSHA, HAZWOPER, and fire/explosion risk mitigation.
Review and interpret construction drawings, engineering documents, and technical specifications.
Manage project schedules, track critical path tasks, and adjust plans to meet key milestones.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients to ensure alignment on scope and progress.
Oversee and approve daily field reports, quality inspections, and incident documentation.
Monitor and manage equipment, materials, and logistics for multiple work fronts.
Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements, including spill prevention and waste handling.
Mentor and evaluate foremen and field leaders to ensure team performance and continuous improvement.
What You Bring to the Table:
5+ years of experience as a Foreman, General Foreman, or Superintendent in petroleum, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.
Proven track record overseeing large-scale fuel systems, terminals, pipelines, or facility upgrades.
Deep knowledge of API, NFPA, and EPA standards, and the ability to manage compliance in high-risk environments.
Experience managing complex schedules, critical path method (CPM) planning, and resource allocation.
Proficient in reading and coordinating construction drawings, P&IDs, and specifications.
Hands-on experience managing permits, inspections, and coordination with regulatory agencies.
Strong background in site safety leadership, including incident response and corrective action planning.
Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar tools).
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and resolve field conflicts under pressure.
Recognized for leadership, accountability, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Before You Leap:
Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC

Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check.
Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
