Our client is looking for a talented Construction Supervisor to oversee the on-site execution of our projects, ensuring excellence from start to finish. Your Role As a Construction Supervisor, you will be the cornerstone of project success. From pre-construction planning to final walkthroughs, you will manage every phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration with clients, trade partners, and internal teams. Working alongside a Construction Coordinator, Permitting Specialist, and Project Planning Team, you'll develop detailed project plans, oversee on-site operations, and uphold our commitment to superior craftsmanship.

What will you do?

? Lead On-Site Operations - Oversee all project phases, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

? Plan Strategically - Develop project schedules and action plans that align with project goals and financial constraints.

? Foster Collaboration - Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and trade partners while managing conflicts with professionalism and tact.

? Ensure Quality & Efficiency - Identify and proactively address challenges to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Experience in Construction Supervision/Management - Residential or commercial experience preferred; other managerial backgrounds will be considered. Education (Preferred) -

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
