The Weitz Company is hiring a forward-thinking Construction Technology Solutions Analyst to drive innovation, streamline processes, and deliver impactful solutions to our construction field operations teams. This role sits at the intersection of construction experience and IT strategy designed for someone who not only understands how the job gets built but also knows how to improve it through smart use of technology. The Solutions Analyst will be the connector between our construction teams and systems, helping us use our current tools to their fullest while identifying gaps, solving operational pain points, and leading process improvements.

What You’ll Do:
Partner with field leaders and our operational excellence team to uncover inefficiencies and translate them into streamlined workflows and technology-driven solutions
Take ownership of key construction technology tools, ensuring they’re optimized, fully adopted, and driving measurable impact
Use your construction management experience to bridge the gap between operations and IT, advocating for field needs and ensuring systems reflect how construction teams truly work
Lead cross-functional process improvement efforts to turn field feedback into projects with clear scopes, timelines, and outcomes
Train and support users while ensuring solutions are well understood, documented, and adopted across teams
Stay current on industry trends and technology developments to help guide our roadmap
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in construction management, field engineering, or project engineering
Skills: Ability to solve complex operational challenges using systems, data, and/or workflow improvements
Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle and pain point that technology can solve
Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to collaborate with both field teams and corporate stakeholders
Ability to lead projects, prioritize work, and drive follow-through with limited oversight from others
Solutions-focused mindset
Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to learn additional specific job-related software upon hire
Additional Requirements: Must be able to work in the office 4 days per week – position allows the ability to work remote 1 day per week
