1099 work
Skilled Labor
- heavy emphasis on tile experience (mainly working with quarry tile)
- drop ceiling
- millwork/capentry/cabinet work
- low volt
- mud/paint
- frp
- laminate
- ability to operate equipment is a plus
General Labor
-knowledge of different tools
- experience working with various saws/cutting tools
- not afraid of heights
- emphasis on time management and job site cleanliness
- willingness to learn new trades and grow into a skilled position
This particular project is set for 6 days a week, Sunday-Friday. The workload and hours of each day vary depending on the phase plan. Time management skills are important. Pay is set per day. Holidays will be blocked off so time off will be guaranteed according to the project schedule.
