*Duties*

* Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and roofing. * Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites. * Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing tools and materials. * Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. * Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

*Experience*

* Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. * Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus. * Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. * Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. * A valid driver's license is beneficial for transportation to job sites.
