Hours & Pay:

Pay : $15-$17/hour, depending on experience

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Overtime : Approx. 5 hours/week (paid lunch hour included!)

Employment Type : Direct Hire

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist with foundation support, waterproofing, and drainage system installations

Dig trenches, mix and pour concrete, and prep job sites

Operate hand and power tools to complete daily tasks

Perform stick welding and metalwork (training provided if needed)

Load/unload materials and maintain job site cleanliness

Follow safety procedures and work closely with your crew to complete jobs efficiently

What You'll Need:

At least 1-2 years of construction or related labor experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather

Basic tool knowledge and willingness to learn new skills

Dependable transportation to the company's downtown Birmingham office
