Duration: 06-12 Months Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m Pay: $20.00/-Hour

Skills needed: Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of independently managed maintenance and repair work on facilities, systems, and structures (i.e., replacement of hardware, light fixtures, baseboards, molding, appliances, etc.) Assemble, install or repair plumbing fixtures and maintain bathroom fixtures (i.e., showers, toilets, faucets, water supply and drain lines, etc.) Replace HVAC air filters, maintain air vents and thermostats Replace electrical switches, circuit breakers, outlets, light fixtures, and electrical appliances under supervision of DHA s Master Electrician Prepare vacant housing units for occupancy; including repair, cleaning, and interior painting and general maintenance, etc. Repair or replace doors, door hardware, locks, cabinets, windows, flooring, roofing, pipe systems and more Diagnose mechanical problems and find solutions

Qualifications High School Diploma Must have a Texas Driver s License Two (2) years of building maintenance, plumbing, cleaning and maintenance experience
