*The Role* We’re looking for hands-on team members to help us renovate and maintain our portfolio. You’ll be an essential part of a crew that transforms vacant buildings into vibrant homes and businesses. Depending on your skill level, responsibilities may include:
* Interior and exterior renovations from start to finish * Drywall, painting, flooring, framing, and finish work * Cabinet installs, punch lists, and fine-tuning details * Site prep, cleanup, demo, and material handling * Overseeing small crews and subcontractors (Foreman level) * Keeping jobsites safe, clean, and compliant
*What We’re Looking For* We don’t micromanage — we hire people who know how to work hard and work smart. Ideal candidates are:
* Reliable — show up, on time, ready to go * Skilled — whether you’re a laborer or a lead, you know your trade * Team players — good attitudes only; no egos on this crew * Safe and efficient — you work fast, but never cut corners * In it for the long haul — we’re not a pit stop job
*Pay & Position Tiers* We hire for skill — and pay accordingly.
* *Laborer:* $16–$19/hr * *Tradesman:* $20–$23/hr * *Junior Foreman:* $24–$25/hr * *Foreman:* $26–$35/hr * _Overtime available to all tiers after 40 hours_
