Job Title: Construction Laborer / Handyman / Maintenance Man (Please note this position is based out of Cleveland, Ohio) Location: Based out of the Cleveland OH area Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Based on experience ($25-$30 per hour) Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional weekends as needed

Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and skilled Construction Laborer/Handyman to join our team. This role involves general construction tasks, repairs, and maintenance work on residential properties. The ideal candidate is versatile, hardworking, and experienced in a wide range of construction and handyman services.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of handyman tasks including, vinyl siding installation, basic plumbing repairs, electrical fixture installation, carpentry, and painting Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers Inspect and troubleshoot issues as they arise and report back with solutions Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in construction or handyman work preferred (2+ years ideal) Working knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required Occasional overnight travel may be required. All expense related to travel and stay will be covered by BACH. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
