Job Overview Allen & Frey Builders & Remodelers Inc is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Construction Worker to assist with residential construction and remodeling projects. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to develop their skills in carpentry, construction techniques, and site operations. You'll work closely with skilled carpenters, contribute to high-quality builds, and help maintain smooth, safe, and efficient job sites.

Key Responsibilities- Assist carpenters with framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, decking, and other construction activities.- Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials on job sites.- Prepare and clean work areas before, during, and after projects.- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.- Follow instructions from lead carpenters and project managers to complete assigned tasks.- Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials according to specifications.- Help ensure projects remain on schedule by performing support tasks as needed.- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.- Comply with building codes, safety standards, and company policies at all times.

Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or related field preferred (willing to train motivated candidates).- Basic knowledge of carpentry tools, techniques, and materials.- Ability to read and follow simple instructions and measurements.- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed.- Work at heights, on ladders, and in various weather conditions.- Stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods while maintaining focus on quality and safety.

Schedule Full-Time, Monday-Friday. Occasional flexibility may be required to meet project needs.
