We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting various materials with precision and ensuring that all products meet quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of quality control processes and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

*Duties*

* Operate cutting machines and tools to fabricate materials according to specifications. * Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards. * Collaborate with the prepress and graphic design teams to ensure accurate layouts and designs are executed properly. * Utilize color management techniques to maintain consistency across printed materials. * Assist in screen printing processes as needed, ensuring high-quality output. * Maintain equipment, including performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues. * Safely operate forklifts for material handling when necessary. * Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

*Requirements*

* Proven experience in machining or fabrication is preferred. * Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, particularly for layout design tasks. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control processes. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities. * Knowledge of screen printing techniques is beneficial but not required. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement in production processes.

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
