Contract Specialist Civil Construction
UDT, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Specialist to join our growing civil construction team. This role works closely with the Operations Manager and Project Coordinators and is involved in all phases of a projectfrom preconstruction through closeout. If you're driven, precise, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable data in company software, including QuickBooks, with accuracy and timeliness.
Review and interpret contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
Draft, revise, and maintain various contract documents, including amendments and addenda.
Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors, suppliers, and clients, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with internal departments to identify contract needs, deadlines, and deliverables.
Maintain organized records of all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
Monitor contract compliance and ensure obligations are fulfilled by all parties.
Assist with resolving contract disputes or issues as they arise.
Qualifications and Skills:
Prior experience with QuickBooks and working knowledge of accounts payable/receivable.
Proven experience as a Contract Specialist or in a related administrative/contracts role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $45,000 $55,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Location Requirement:
This is an in-person role based in Rolla, Missouri. Applicants must be willing to relocate prior to starting work.
