Job Description Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking to engage highly skilled contracts management professionals in the Los Angeles area. Ideal candidates will have prior experience supporting large-scale construction projects with contracts administration expertise. Responsibilities Supporting the development and implementation of contracting strategies for major construction projects using various delivery models. Providing specialist contracts and procurement advice to private sector clients across healthcare construction contracts. Drafting RFPs, evaluation scorecards, and contracts; supporting vendor procurement processes. Developing contract structures for complex projects with multiple interfaces. Supporting end-to-end procurement services for major construction projects. Building positive relationships within project teams and with client personnel and advisors. Managing internal contract trackers, reviewing SOWs and proposals, and supporting work-winning efforts. Supporting delivery of team and business targets. Adhering to SOX controls where applicable. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 5-7 years of relevant experience in contract administration, preferably in construction. Knowledge of various construction contract forms. Experience working in multi-contract environments. Ability to implement contracting strategies, including risk management. Experience drafting bespoke contract clauses and reviewing documents. Proven stakeholder coordination skills. Excellent communication skills. Additional Information On-site presence requirements may vary based on client needs. Salary range: $90,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Turner & Townsend reserves the right to adjust pay accordingly. Qualified candidates with arrest or conviction records will be considered per LA County and CA law.
