Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all financial operations of the company's construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. 2. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and statements in accordance with GAAP. 3. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. 4. Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations. 5. Collaborate with senior management to establish financial strategies and objectives. 6. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions. 7. Manage cash flow and forecasting, direct all financial, project-based, and departmental accounting. 8. Review all formal finance, HR, and IT related procedures. 9. Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. An MBA, CPA, or CMA designation is strongly preferred. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. 3. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong in Excel. 4. In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices. 5. Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting. 6. An analytical mind with a strategic ability. 7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. 8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 10. Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills. 11. Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
