Our Controller role is a unique opportunity for a strategic financial professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Our ideal Controller candidate will bring strong financial acumen, a forward-thinking mindset and the ability to help shape the trajectory and map out the growth plan of our $10MM business- including supporting the launch of several new lines of business. We offer an annual salary of $105,000 - $115,000, a health stipend, paid time off and a positive work environment. Our office is conveniently located just off I-71 in Madeira, OH.

Requirements for our Controller:

Bachelor's degree in accounting required, master's degree preferred 5+ years' experience in a construction or real estate business as a Controller or Chief Financial Officer (CFO) 3+ years' experience developing financial processes, systems and business administration best practices for a $12MM+ organization Experience in developing and implementing processes to provide real-time job costing data on construction projects Tech savvy with experience implementing systems automation Strong understanding of financial statements and EBITDA growth strategies

Key goals for our Controller :

Developing and implementing the financial strategies needed to drive EBITDA across multiple business entities including custom home construction, property management, and real estate Supporting the day-to-day accounting activities of the organization including A/R, A/P, and job costing reporting Analyzing the financial results of the organization including creation of the budget & forecast, cashflow projections, preparation & analysis of financial statements, and implementation of strong financial controls Creating reports and dashboards to track results and monitor progress on key measures Leading the development, communication, and implementation of effective operational strategies and processes that support the company's strategic plans Streamlining technology and processes related to the financial needs of multiple entities
