The Bolton Group is partnering with a large, privately owned company to look for an experienced and driven Lead Construction Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. This newly created, high-impact role will manage and scale construction and remodel projects for the retail offices across the US. Requirements: 5-10 years of hands-on construction experience, preferably in retail/small box construction . Strong leadership and project management skills, with a keen eye for quality and timelines . Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience working across multiple concurrent projects . Familiarity with building codes, legal requirements, and health/safety protocols. Proficiency with project management software . A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Schedule: Remote (Occasional Office/Site Visits) Salary: $120-140K + bonus
