Job Description

Manage all aspects of data center construction projects, including schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety protocols. Coordinate with project stakeholders to address design changes, challenges, and progress updates. Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and company guidelines. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential risks or delays. Prepare detailed reports on project status and communicate effectively with all involved parties. Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Maintain a focus on achieving project milestones and delivering high-quality results.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Center Construction Traveling Superintendent should have:

  • Proven experience in construction management, preferably with data center projects.
