The ideal candidate will have substantive experience with Labor Law Sections 240(1) and 241(6), contractual indemnification issues, and strong deposition skills related to Labor Law. Responsibilities include managing cases, reporting to clients and carriers, court appearances, discovery, depositions, medical examinations, and motion preparation.
