At 2 Hour Learning, we're not just growing – we're revolutionizing. With 25-30 new campus launches on the horizon in the next six months, we're seeking visionary leaders to spearhead our expansion across four critical domains: approvals, build-out, onboarding, and finance.
This isn't your typical director role. We're looking for doers, not advisors – former top-tier consultants who are ready to step out of the recommendation realm and into the driver's seat of real-world execution. If you thrive on turning chaos into clarity and plans into reality, you're exactly who we need.
Our innovative K-12 educational model at 2 Hour Learning (powering Alpha and GT School) proves that students can master a year's worth of content in just two focused hours daily, freeing up time for creativity and personal growth. With private equity backing and a proven model, we're ready to scale – and we need your expertise to make it happen.
If you're prepared to trade boardroom theories for boots-on-ground execution, let's talk.
What You Will Be Doing
Take complete ownership of a crucial launch domain (regulatory, build-outs, onboarding/systems, or finance) Drive cross-functional initiatives with full autonomy and decision-making authority Create and validate scalable playbooks through real-world implementation Work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders and key stakeholders to build launch-ready infrastructure Leverage cutting-edge AI solutions to optimize operations and accelerate growth
What You Won’t Be Doing
Sitting on the sidelines as a strategic advisor Navigating bureaucratic hierarchies – you'll have direct access to decision-makers Focusing on single-market operations – you'll orchestrate multi-geographic initiatives Waiting for direction – you'll be the one setting the course Passing difficult decisions upstream – the buck stops with you
Director Of Construction Key Responsibilities
As the cornerstone of our national expansion strategy, you'll take complete ownership of one operational pillar, driving rapid, efficient, and scalable implementation across our growing network of schools. While we'll align you with the pillar that best matches your expertise, you'll have full autonomy to shape and execute your domain's strategy.
Basic Requirements
We're expanding our operational leadership across multiple verticals, seeking individuals who combine strategic thinking with execution excellence.
Minimum 3 years' experience at MBB (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional operations in fast-paced environments Exceptional expertise in at least one area: regulatory compliance, facility development, systems implementation, or large-scale financial operations Self-driven executor with strong analytical capabilities and independent decision-making skills Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to travel approximately one week per month Proficiency with AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency
