Job Overview At 2 Hour Learning, we're revolutionizing education with an innovative, AI-driven model that enables students to master a year's content in just two hours daily. We are expanding rapidly, with 25-30 new campuses planned in the next six months, and seek visionary leaders to spearhead our expansion across regulatory, build-out, onboarding, and finance domains. Responsibilities Take ownership of a key operational domain (regulatory, build-out, onboarding/systems, or finance). Drive cross-functional initiatives with autonomy and decision-making authority. Develop and validate scalable operational playbooks through real-world implementation. Collaborate closely with founders and stakeholders to build launch-ready infrastructure. Utilize AI solutions to optimize operations and accelerate growth. Key Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience at MBB (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG). Proven success leading complex, cross-functional operations in fast-paced environments. Expertise in at least one area: regulatory compliance, facility development, systems implementation, or financial operations. Strong analytical skills and ability to make independent decisions. Authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to travel approximately one week per month. Experience with AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging technology. Compensation This is a full-time independent contractor role, paying $200/hour, totaling approximately $400,000/year. Payments are weekly.
