BluSky Restoration is seeking a passionate and driven Director of Construction Projects to join our team! COMPENSATION: A highly competitive salary with uncapped commission potential awaits! The base salary range is $70,000 - $100,000 with an OTE commission of $70,000 - $200,000 , in addition to a vehicle allowance. ROLE OVERVIEW: The Director of Construction Projects plays a pivotal role in our organization by managing and estimating restoration projects. You will collaborate with property owners and managers from various sectors, including commercial and residential, to create cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services. This position is the driving force behind ensuring projects are within budget and completed on time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve or surpass monthly and yearly sales targets. Negotiate and finalize contracts effectively. Facilitate the sales of all services offered by BluSky. Oversee revenue generation according to set goals. Manage profit margins by accurately developing and adjusting project budgets. Engage in thorough communication for customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of relevant experience in sales and business development, particularly in restoration or construction. Proficient in construction estimating and large loss management. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Familiarity with Xactimate and other estimating software is preferred. Strong communication skills, ethics, and integrity. Willing to participate in business development functions and networking events. EDUCATION: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. TRAVEL: Expect minimal out-of-state travel, with some overnight requirements for training or important project meetings.
