Job Description
Oversee a team of 3 estimators
- One estimator that is between 2-3 years out of school, another estimator that has about 7-8 years of estimating/preconstruction, third estimator came from subcontractor side of the business and been with them for 2+ years
Heavy in pre-construction
- Walkthrough pricing and budget and ideas on how project should be built (starting in the beginning, collaborating with design team and owners)

The Successful Applicant
- Management experience
- Heavy in pre-construction (starting in the beginning, collaborating with design team and owners - good comm skills) walkthrough pricing and budget and ideas on how project should be built
- Experience in commercial construction (smaller or larger company doesn't matter)
What's on Offer
- Base Salary: $125k-$175k
- ESOP Participation
- 5% 401k Match + Additional 3% Profit Sharing (never not given employees the additional 3%)
- Health Insurance (company pays for 100% of the medical premium for employees - if they add a spouse or family the individual will have to pay those premiums)
- Annual Bonus Program (based on personal and company performance - can be anywhere from 5% to 20% - typically pays out in the 10% to 12% range)
