Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The ideal individual will have a proven track record of successfully delivering construction project control services. We are also seeking an experienced Director of Project Management to lead and develop a team of Project Managers and oversee project management services on major projects and programs in the Life Sciences sector. This position is based in Raleigh, NC, and involves ensuring service excellence, growth of our project management offerings, client engagement, and market outreach. The successful candidate will be a driven leader with excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Strong leadership skills, experience leading a project management team, ensuring all deliverables are met. Lead communications with the client and oversee project management team services. Conduct research related to construction market conditions, including analysis of official data. Produce thought leadership reports providing valuable insights into the construction market. Manage the strategic and operational aspects of Project Management Services across various sectors, including resource planning, financial management, business development, and training. Set clear strategies and ambitions aligned with our Business Plan. Grow and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning, respect, and inclusivity. Manage knowledge sharing and process improvements. Ensure quality standards and participate in ISO audits. Develop and monitor plans including risk mitigation, KPIs, and performance metrics. Coordinate internal and external audits. Understand market dynamics, act as a brand ambassador, and develop client pipelines. Identify cross-selling opportunities. Participate in leadership meetings and deliver presentations. Track financial performance using internal software. Prepare proposals and responses for new projects. Engage in networking and promotional events. Support staff training and mentorship. Partner with talent acquisition to attract top talent and plan staffing needs. Promote a one-business culture that balances the needs of people, clients, stakeholders, and society. Adhere to SOX controls where applicable. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field. Graduate degree preferred. 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience. 2+ years managing large, high-performing multidisciplinary teams. Proven success in managing project management services for clients. Strong business development skills and experience in driving growth. Experience in sectors like commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, etc. Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
