We are looking for our District Construction Manager where you will have full P&L responsibility for the development and implementation of the construction operations within our NY Metro District. You would help foster successful customer relations and ensure safe, reliable, high-quality execution of the construction projects consistent with business and financial targets. Additionally, you will actively manage portfolio performance in terms of progress against schedule, planning accuracy, productivity, safety, quality performance, and customer satisfaction while managing the Delivery Operations team, including team development and ensuring competence and optimized allocation of the resources.

The hiring range for this role is: $243,500.00 - 334,800.00. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
