District Manager Qualifications:

• Must have 3 or more years as a District Manager in the food space
• Proven leadership skills, must be able to coach and counsel General Manager and employees
• excellent organizational and communication skills
• Be able to hold people accountable
• Build a culture within the region of support, best practices, customer-focused, and creating a great experience

District Manager Responsibilities:

• Trains, coaches, and develops Managers and team members
• Experience with New Restaurant Openings
• Helps Develop, Execute, and Uphold the standards of the concept
• Drives profitability and operational compliance - good with budgets and checklists
• Builds team talent - ensures only the right people are being developed as the brand grows
• Drives sales through great guest experiences - we want them to come back again and again
• Plans and communicates effectively with team and supervisors - organization is key
• Leads by example and can work shoulder-to-shoulder with the crew
