Job Description

Manage all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities.

Prepare and present accurate financial reports to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.

Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support operational goals.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional development and growth.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Support audits and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Divisional Controller should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in accounting, ideally within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to lead and inspire a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience within the business services industry is a plus.
