We’re looking for elite SCIF construction professionals who understand what it means to build where precision, compliance, and national security converge. This is not your average construction management role. You’ll support a major DoD client on a $300M+ portfolio of secure federal projects , serving as a trusted Owner’s Representative on jobs that demand technical mastery and mission-first thinking.
What You’ll Do:
Depending on your experience level, you’ll either lead or support :
Managing 1–4 SCIF or SAPF projects ranging from $1M to $30M+
Translating sensitive compartmented facility requirements into actionable scopes
Working directly with government A/E teams to ensure ICD 705 and DoD compliance
Tracking milestones, budgets, submittals, invoices, and progress across complex builds
Leading or participating in secure site validations, pre-bid walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings
Mentoring junior staff (senior roles) while representing the Owner’s interests throughout
Using Excel and secure platforms to manage performance data, reporting, and analytics
What We’re Looking For:
U.S. Citizenship (required)
Ability to pass a Public Trust background check (HSPD-12)
5+ years (Mid-Level) or 15+ years (Senior-Level) construction experience
Proven success in managing secure facility projects (SCIFs, SAPFs, classified spaces)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
OR
Active PMP, General Contractor, or Construction Trades License with equivalent experience
Knowledge of Pentagon/WHS projects a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
$80,000–$130,000
