As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced DSA Project Manager - Construction with expertise in DSA (Division of the State Architect) to help lead the team/project.
Job Description
Job DescriptionThis DSA Project Manager - Construction will report into the Senior Project Manager.
- Manage all phases of health care construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring adherence to DSA standards.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, monitoring progress and resolving issues as they arise.
- Serve as the primary liaison with DSA, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, and change management processes.
- Lead project meetings, providing updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, with a focus on DSA- regulated projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of DSA regulations, policies, and approval processes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale educational construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Pro core, Blue beam, MS Project).
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Not for New York City Applicants.
